Marc Sollberger received his medical degree from the University of Bern, Switzerland. He completed his training in neurology at the Department of Neurology at the University Hospital Basel and earned his doctorate at the University of Basel. As a post-doc, he stayed for two years at the University of California, San Francisco Memory and Aging Center and worked there under the supervision of Dr. Katherine Rankin, PhD. Actually, Dr. Sollberger works as a Behavioural Neurologist at the Memory Clinic, University Center for Medicine of Aging FELIX PLATTER and at the Department of Neurology of the University Hospital Basel. He does clinical research in older healthy people and patients with neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders with focus on the development of tests of social cognition for clinical routine.
